Return Policy

Sober Scientific is committed to doing the right thing, and we always want our customers 100% satisfaction. Every return that meets the following guidelines will result in a full refund within 30 days.

Return Guidelines

Return requests must be emailed to our Customer Service team prior to return along with an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without an authorized RMA will be subject to a restocking fee or denial of credit or replacement. Cartons returned without an RMA number on the outside of each carton or if the carton has been written on or compromised in any way will not be accepted for return. All products must be returned in the original packaging and placed in an additional outer box to reduce damage during return shipping. Returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

Sober Scientific reserves the right to deny a return request outside of the guidelines aforementioned. After 30 days, the RMA is no longer valid, and the return will not be accepted. The return guidelines mentioned above are not applicable for emergency use authorized (EUA) purchases.
