Tramadol

Tramadol is a semi-narcotic analgesic used in the treatment of moderate to severe pain. Large doses of tramadol can develop tolerance and physiological dependency which could lead to its abuse. Tramadol is extensively metabolized after oral administration. About 30% of a dose is excreted in the urine as unchanged, whereas 60% is excreted as metabolites.
